Supporting Ireland’s Sick Children: The Vital Role of Children’s Health Foundation

Did You Know? – About Children’s Health Foundation

Children’s Health Foundation (CHF) plays a crucial role in supporting sick children and their families at Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) hospitals and urgent care centres. These include facilities in Temple Street, Crumlin, Connolly, and Tallaght.

Our Mission:

Children’s Health Foundation raises vital funds to:

  • Purchase life-saving equipment
  • Provide essential support for patients and parents
  • Enable groundbreaking pediatric research

Our Journey:

In January 2019, CMRF Crumlin and Temple Street Foundation merged to form the Children’s Health Foundation. This unified foundation supports all CHI sites, ensuring that every sick child receives the best possible care. The National Children’s Hospital Foundation in Tallaght will soon join CHF, creating a single, cohesive organization dedicated to the welfare of Ireland’s sick children.

Our Commitment:

We are dedicated to:

  • Supporting the young patients and their families who attend CHI hospitals and urgent care centres.
  • Ensuring every sick child has the best chance for recovery and quality care.
  • Working as one organization, with the ongoing kindness and generosity of our supporters in Ireland and beyond, to continue our vital mission.
