Sales Terms and Conditions

  1. Application of Terms
    All goods and services supplied by Goldenire Supply Chain Limited (“the Seller”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order or accepting delivery, the customer (“the Buyer”) agrees to be bound by them.
  2. Pricing and Taxes
    Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be invoiced separately.
  3. Payment Terms
    Payment is due strictly within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
    In all cases, full payment must be received no later than forty-five (45) days from the invoice date, without exception.

Where payment is not received within the agreed period, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 10% per commenced 30-day period on any outstanding balance.

  1. Transfer of Risk and Title
    Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
    Ownership of the goods shall remain with the Seller until full payment has been received for all goods supplied.
  2. Delivery and Acceptance
    Delivery shall be deemed complete when the Buyer or their agent accepts the goods at the agreed delivery location.
    It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt.
  3. Claims and Returns
    Any claims relating to shortages, damages, or incorrect goods must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of the invoice date.
    No claims will be accepted after this period.
    Raising a query at or after the due payment date shall not constitute valid grounds for delaying or withholding payment.
  4. Liability
    The Seller’s liability for any loss or damage arising from the goods is strictly limited to the invoice value of the goods in question.
    The Seller shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses.
  5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
    Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
